Shipping Policy

Prepaid Orders

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India with no minimum order value.

All orders are shipped through trusted domestic courier partners or Speed Post services. Normally, orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation. However, in case of stock unavailability or long holidays, the dispatch may be slightly delayed. If such a situation arises, our team will notify you accordingly.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may sometimes vary due to courier-related issues or unforeseen circumstances during transit. If your shipment is delayed, you may contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner for an update.

We strongly advise customers not to accept any parcel that appears tampered or damaged. Additionally, we recommend recording a parcel opening video when receiving your order. This helps us quickly verify and resolve any claims regarding missing or incorrect items.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected serviceable pin codes.

A small additional fee may be charged on COD orders to cover the courier partner’s COD handling charges. The exact amount depends on the order value.

Before dispatch, COD orders may be verified by our team through a call or WhatsApp message. Because of this verification process, COD orders may take an extra 1–2 days to be shipped.

We have observed that 25–30% of COD orders fail to get delivered due to various reasons. To avoid missing out on your preferred products, we recommend placing prepaid orders whenever possible.

Please note that our courier partners do not provide an open package delivery service. The shipment will only be handed over after the COD payment is completed.

Custom Orders

Products that are custom-made or personalized are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Such orders require additional processing time and are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days.
